I am 34 years old male. My BP will be 135/90. Blood cholesterol is 145. I am getting head ache near point blanks. I am taking one tablet SARTEL 20 mg daily. But BP was not decreasing. Kindly advice any medicine changes.

Headache is not due to BP, may be some other MINOR cause. BP medicines take about one month for full effect. So don't adjust medicines frequently. Measure BP only once every two months on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Don't measure cholesterol again.
