Hi, this is on behalf of my mother, age 54, a diabetes patient for the past 15 years and also have certain nerve issues. She has suffered from frozen shoulder a few month and was treated by a physiotherapist. However, she is facing issues regarding her appetite, also getting loose motion from time and time and severe back pain. What is the cause?

Most likely she might be having something known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which occurs due to stress. Stress can cause loss of appetite alongwith diarrhea. Start her on Pantop-L (Pantoprazole with Levosulpride) not Pantop-D daily in morning fasting state for 10 days and inform me in 10 days.
