I Have hypothyroid. I have recently checked my tsh levels as I was planning on conceiving and got tsh dose changed from 75 mg to 100 mg. I was expecting my period on 6th of this month (last period was 3rd generally its about 32-33 days and pretty regular) but I still have not gotten my period I tested using a HPT and the result is negative. I feel a bit nauseated, itchy skin, a bit tired, not too little food cravings. I am wondering if I should wait or take tablets to get my periods.

Dear user, If UPT is negative wait for the periods without taking any tablets as the cycle duration may get altered due to changes in TSH. Hope this answer helps you.
