Dear friend, Most probably you are suffering from symptoms related to radiculopathy. Let me explain! The nerves are sensitive wire like structures which come out of foramens of the vertebrae. The size / shape of these neural foramens are modifiable to some extent by our posture changes (as they formed by the articular process of these vertebrae). Nerves are highly sensitive and they sometimes get impinged at these foramens which get narrowed with age related degeneration/ arthritic changes. These nerves are also sometimes get injured by degenerated bony protrusions. Now, these nerves have branches for example from neck region, they give off toward s back of head as well as towards hands ,upper back and chest (people complain of symptoms in those areas when these nerves are injured) As you said in your case due to the nerve impingement resulting in injury probably due to above mentioned pathology you are having referred uneasiness to your head where a branch supplies. All these are assumptions of probable etiology. Kindly visit a Neurologist who will examine you thoroughly and give you definite management. Wish you all the best! Wish you all the best!
