Is HIV report from Dr. lab is conclusive? I have had unprotected sex 2 year back on January 2017. On 4 October 2018 and 10 October 2018 I had got hiv1&2 antibody screening test serum the result of first test was index value 0.07 non reactive and the result of second test was index value 0.17 nonreactive. Is my test from Dr. lab conclusive. i am HIV negative.
