HI, I am 28 years old and trying to conceive from last six months. I am married from last 3 years. I had one medical abortion also. I am detect with low LH level also. Please suggest why I am not able to conceive.

Hi lybrate-user. Firstly you need lifestyle changes as your BMI is high. Weight reduction is must if you want to conceive early. Secondly LH alone is not of value. Get day 2 FSH/LH and thyroid levels checked. Don't lose heart as you r trying for just 6 months. You can consult some fertility specialist in your area and can start follicular monitoring where best time period of your fertility window is checked by doing serial ultrasounds each month. Ovulation induction drugs can be started to better the chances of conception. Hope my reply is helpful to you.
