You shouldn't use those ointments if you have a ringworm infection. It will give temperory relief, but recurs again if stopped and becomes worse. Candiforce is antifungal, you can use it.

Home remedy for ringworm Apple cider vinegar has strong antifungal properties, so it may help treat ringworm when applied topically to the affected area. To use it, soak a cotton ball in undiluted apple cider vinegar and brush the cotton ball over your skin. Do this three times per day.
