He had heart attack on March 28 2018 &random blood test showed 207 blood sugar. Two stunts fitted to clear 90&95% blockage in arteries. Presently fb sugar 124&pp 140, random 151, taking 30/70 insulin's 12&8 units in morning and evening respectively. Also taking Melmet 500 SR tab. Twice a day. What food should he avoid?

Hello, Thanks for the query. It is really nice to know that diabetes is very well controlled, as shown by glucose levels. Foods to be avoided are: Sweets, deep fried foods, red meat, bakery items, pastries, foods made from maida, colas, alcohol. Not use use overtly polished rice. Always use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. Thanks.
