I am a 48 Year old and diabetic for 2 Years, Now off late for last few weeks I see that my Fasting reading is in the range of 101 Maximum being 110 (found the reading only once) despite my PP reading after dinner is 111 (Checked 1 1/2 hours after dinner). Once I had also noticed that my Glucometer was showing high readings and hence went ta lab to get myself checked and found that the Strips used by me were bad and were giving 50% higher readings, I am not using the strips from that Lot any more but the strips I am using now have been bought from the same vendor at the same time but bear a different Lot number. I am on Glucorym M2 Tablets 1-0-0. At times my Sugar levels have gone down to 50's, Need your suggestion as to how I should proceed with my medication?

You have written diabetes insipidus as your condition. But your other description suggest it is diabetes mellitus. I assume it is dm. The scope of this online q&a doesn't include drug treatment. But let me tell you, that treatment of dm is exercise, diet and lastly drugs. You must walk for one hour everyday, avoid rice, potatoes, sweet and fried food. And then take drugs. You must have a regular doctor near you to advise on dosage of drugs which needs frequent monitoring, almost every quarter. So do monthly sugar check ups, fasting and pp on reliable machine with unexpired strips. See your doctor every 3 months. Currently whatever you are taking needs adjustment of doses.
