Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. TSH 6.3 mU/L is in the subclinical range but since Anti TPO antibodies are high, there is definite hypothyroidism du to hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT). Certain cardiac rhythm abnormalities are seen in both hypo and hyperthyroidism. Taking appropriate treatment and making thyroid function normal should help in overcoming supraventricular tachy cardia. Thanks.
