I am a 36 year old female, I have history of piles. From last many years it is not troubling me. But recently since 15 days I have lot of itching on anus. I tried to keep it dry etc but no help. From today started hydrocortisone cream 1% (cutisoft cream) 2-3 times a day. Just wanted to know if this is the right way. Also have developed lot of gas issues everyday from evening till night. Also in the night lot of gas develop in stomach which passes every morning. Doesn't feel normally should happen. Any suggestions please?
