I have red raised circular bumps on my penis. They appeared a week ago but do not itch or pain. When first appeared they were smaller and then got larger over time, at its worst, one waslarger than a cm in radius. Now, the largest is 5 mm, smallest 2. When touched they feel rough. I am circumcised and 21 years old and have not had sex in five months. I don?t know if they are related but I also have rash in my arms, legs and testicle sac (all heavily haired) and these bumps itch when i?m warm. Before being scratched they are skin coloured, after red.
