Hi sir, after 3 months I did 4th generation hiv test results came negative and after 1 year I did hiv tridot test result came negative but from 1 year I am suffering intermittent fever, suddenly temperature rises in my body and feeling fatigue most of the times and penis itching, burning inside penis tissue hard, penis pain sometimes. You have normal viral fever and infection, and all cases like you said are not hiv although these symptoms overlap in both condition.
