I am 51 years old male having kidney stone problem (mid pole calculus / calculi in both kidney, left 10.2 mm & 6.9 mm and right 4.4 mm & 3.6 mm ), I want to know need any operation / crushing or it will dissolve by oral medication (now cap ural taking ). Last year also I have the same problem with size 2-5 mm. Awaiting the kind advise with medication.

If you are not into flying job there is no need to do surgery just have lots of water and stone will drop/ dissolve.
