Hi, Is physiotherapy useful for carpal tunnel syndrome? I have carpal tunnel syndrome from 1 month. I am taking anti inflammation drugs and pregabalin 50 once a day. But the left hand also swelling as the carpal tunnel syndrome started from the right hand wrist and index finger. Will I take high dose of pregabalin?
