I had sex with my gf on april 6 2019. The condom broke and I partially ejaculated inside her. Right after that she had an ipill. Also next-day she had another ipill. After 11 days she had period that is on 17th april. She went for home pregnancy test which came negative ,also in between she went through several pregnancy tests which also came negative. She also went through ultrasound which didn't show any signs of pregnancy. On april 27 we went for beta hcg blood which also came negative. So going along she did multiple urine lab test which was negative. She went for transvaginal ultrasound in 5th may which didn't show any signs. Meanwhile on the 10 june she again went for beta hcg blood test which showed negative like beta hcg less than .1 mlu/ml .she had her periods again 17th of june .now it's has been like 3 months she is not having her periods .also I would like to inform she is a pcod patient. Now I would like to know if she is pregnant or 2 consecutive ipill back to back has messed up her cycle.

Hello.. If Blood for Bhcg is negative than there is no chance of pregnancy.. Don’t worry.. There are many causes of delayed or irregular periods like stress, anxiety, thyroid dysfunction, increased Prolactin level and obesity etc .. In your case the delayed periods may be related to ipill which often makes periods irregular.. Do some basic investigations like USG LOWER ABDOMEN, blood for CBC, sugar, TSH and Prolactin.. Following the investigations you may take progesterone tablets for withdrawal bleeding..
