I have type 2 dialogues. I am talking humlog 50 twice I have type 2 diabetes for last 13 years. I am talking lantus insulin 10 units per day + janumet 50/1000 twice daily. Mu sugar level is 210 casting and 290 pp. Should I add an short/intermediate acting insulin. Please suggest a better treatment plan.
