The cardiologists who treated me are very conservative in their approach. Some of them say its possible and others say stopping/reducing blood thinning medications for 4-5 days is risky. I have spoken to other cardiologists in india and overseas who say that these concerns are a bit much and that dosage of blood thinners can definitely be reduced for a few days to facilitate the hair transplant. What do you think about this? Please give me your opinion with regards to what can be done about blood thinners to facilitate hair transplant.

It is safe and regular to reduce blood thinners for a few days before procedures to avoid bleeding disorder. If you need to do some procedure, you can safely stop it for a week or so
