Hello. I'm kinda like having a neck (nape) pain whenever I lie down so I can't find a good position how to sleep. This all started when I woke up last week and my neck is suddenly on pain. And then I ignored it, thinking it would heal right away and watched tv w my head always tilted upwards and its actually a pain. And then after two days I started feel pain, I guess, in the lower right back head. It does not feel actually a headache tho and one time the pain suddenly made me feel in my right side forehead too. I took mefenamic and the pain subsided a little but my neck is still feeling strain? What should I do? I always put a relief ointment.

Hi this pain may be due to muscle spasm you need to use some relaxant n ointment along with neck strengthening exercises and yoga sleeping position which ever your comfortable with but use pillow if you sleep on sides so neck does not fall n if sleep straight then no pillow.
