it is most likely due to the sedative effect of medications, already being taken, adding more medicine seems not advisable. After taking medicine if there is a need to wake up, you need to be wary. good luck
Dear user, came to know about your problem, relax no need to be worried. You didn't mention from how long you are on anxiety treatment, recently you had a vertigo episode as well. I can understand your fear and it is okay to take medicines for sometime. With medicines you need proper counselings and then we will taper you medicines accordingly. I do not know what are the circumstances under which you are taking medicines, I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But due to certain reasons if you are on antidepressants you have to take some extra care of yourself. You need counselings session for a better control on this disorder and medicines. Medicines are not the only solution, do not make it a habit fir future, counselings is a best option for you so that you could better understand yourself and save yourself from the side effects of medicines. Please call and discuss your problem in detail and then will be able to help you better. My contact no is mobile.
Sometimes medicines cause what is called postural hypotension. Sometimes, benign vertigo can be a side effect. Not to worry right now. Just follow these: 1. Drink plenty of water (3-4lit/day) 2. Don't get up suddenly from sitting or lying down posture. Allow a few minutes before starting moving around after getting up. 3. Check your bp occasionally.
You need is relaxation therapy's and meditation's.
