Hi, if you have pcod and you are also having excess bleeding. Take tranexa mf twice a day for five days. Also get an ultrasonography of the uterus tubes and ovaries to see what is the pathology behind excessive bleeding. For pcod take yasmin once a day from third day of menstrual periods for 21 days. Then give a gap of 7 days and again start a fresh pack of 21 tablets of yasmin.

It does not increase bleeding. Some other reasons might be there. Reconsult your doc.
