I am 22 years old. I am currently taking regestrone cr 10 mg and normoz for my pcod. I am having a lot of side effects like digestion issues, gastric issues, breast tenderness, headaches.can I stop the pill now? I have taken 5regestrone pills till now. I also take thyronorm 62. 5 mg and my prolactin was tested high.

Do you also have sight issues? If so, headache and high prolactin and vision problems require an mri. If your side effects are not very severe, you can take plenty of fluids and curd to get relief. Coming to normoz, it is known to have little bit odmf side effects like stomach burning sensation (acidity), headache and myalgia. U need to take drug at the fixed time daily, drink lots of water and keep exercising /workout to reduce your pcod problem. If your tested high for prolactin you need to start specific treatment for that after consulting your gynecologist, because impared prolactin levels also lead to pcod problem.
