I am a 25 year old man suffering from piles from last 10 months. I have taken pilex tablets but no results. Initially piles started with bleeding but now bleeding stop but pain is not going. There is a little mass appearing in my anus area please advise some medication to cure the piles completely. My job requires continues sitting for 8 to 9 hours please assist me as it is causing frustration and pain now?

Hello regards. First of all pain is not a symptoms of simple piles. You might be having a fissure associated with the piles which is giving you pain, as simple piles are painless. 2nd continuous sitting irritated the area more so use a cusion or a air doughnut for sitting. Best is to get yourself examined for a proper diagnosis. For symptomatic relief do following. 1. Avoid spices and non veg for some time. 2. Take lots of fibre and water. 3. Do sits baths (warm water tub baths) thrice a day. 4. Apply anaheal/ anobless cream locally thrice a day 5. Tab lyser-d twice a day for 5 days 6. Take softovac granules bed time with water.
