Hi doctor, I am hypochondria anxieties patient and under treatment. I am taking paroxetine 25 mg and. Oleanz 2.5 daily. I did not regular cbc tests. Few parameters came mildly elevated. Rbc is 6.13 (range 4-5.5) I am scared if something serious in this report like cancerous. Attached report. Please suggest. I am crying in fear.

Hi lybrate-user your problem is not cancer but fear of illness. Doing lab tests and searching for illnesses and doctor shopping are all part of this disorder. Consuming medicines is not the answer to this problem. There are good psychological therapies available to get out of your intense fear. Try it from trainned clinical psychologists.
