I was diagnosed with pcos with extremely low vitamin d levels and very high prolactin. As a result I was always fatigued, did not get my periods and was completely dry (painful to walk. My doctor gave me vit d, e supplements, cabgolin 0.25 and advised to change my lifestyle which I did. 2 years later my periods are regular but i'm always fatigued and still occasionally dry. What should I do? Can I take supplements?
