I am 33 years male diagnosed with thyroiditis (no pain in the neck), undergone treatment as per Dr. advice with steroids and propranolol 40 for 3 one month, now again after lab test my tt3 is normal (1.05), ft4 is 0.63 and tsh is 10.90. Kindly suggest whether I have to take medication for this or it is cured.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. From the given hormone levels it is clear that you have developed hypothyroidism, which needs appropriate treatment. Please come back with details like what are symptoms you are having, T3 & T4 (total levels), lipid profile, heart rate, BP readings. Plus what were the thyroid hormone levels when thyroiditis was diagnosed? It is better if you come in a private conversation so that I will be able to give specific advice and also prescribe necessary medication. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. Thanks.
