I have missed my period in the month of november I had sexual activity (without penetration) on 1st of november with protection. And my period cycle is usually 27to 30th every month but i'm very conscious about all these steps so I took unwanted 72 pill on 3rd of november then on 14th november i'd seen a little bleeding lastly I didn't get my periods on my due date so I checked pregnancy 3 times after missing my periods they all are negative then doctor on Lybrate suggested me to take ultrasound test then in the test result all it was written that uterus is normal with myometrial echoes and the test impression is: left renal calculi with non obstructive calculus so I just want to know what does it mean myometrial echoes (does it indicates pregnancy? Plzzz tell mee. But yesterday i've got my periods should I need to consult to a gynecologist or everything is fine plzz help meee.
