Respected sir .i am on telista am, tiban m ,clopitab cv 10. My fasting blood sugar is 104, pp is 179 hba1c 6.7.lipid profile, kidney profile is normal. Recent tmt test is negative .can I take pioglitazone 7.5 mg with all the medicine which I am taking for 6 months. Before that 6 month I was on pioglitazone 7.5 mg which controlled my blood sugar nicely and hba1c was 5.9.when I left pioglitazone my hba1c increase suddenly. Can continue pioglitazone 7.5 mg with clopidogrel and amlodipine. Please suggest.

Pp glucose can be a bit lower, which can be managed by diet control and additional exercise. You have not mentioned your age, bp readings, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise as well as serum creatinine and urea, plus lipid profile.
