Constipation is generally a lifestyle related disorder. 1. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. 2. Eat homemade food most of the time. 3. Include more fibre in your diet like salad, steamed vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread. 4. Eat frequent meals. 5. Eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals. 6. Take a light and early dinner. 7. Decrease tea/coffee/ milk products. 8. Drink plenty of water. 9. Keep yourself active. Exercise, do brisk walk, take a break between works, and stretch yourself in between. 10.
