with tsh level of 0.26 milli units/ml, you can definitely plan for pregnancy, because recommended tsh levels during 1st trimester is 0.1 to 2 milli units, 2nd trimester 0.3 to3 milli units and 3rd trimester is 0.3 to 3.5 milli units/ml. Maintaining tsh levels in this range ensures proper conception, development of fetus and successful outcome of pregnancy. If you have questions please do come back. Best of luck.
