Stress can be relieved by following certain tips including - any physical activity such as exercise, swimming, weightlifting, etc. Healthy diets such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains act as big stress relievers. Meditation relieves stress and keeps your mind calm and more balanced. Avoid unhealthy habits such as smoking, consuming alcohol, drinking excessive caffeine, or using illegal substances such as drugs. It is important that you socialize more when you are in stress. Meeting your near and dear ones and interacting with them help release stress.
