Hello this pain is called fatigue pain due to low stamina. You take hot fermentation by take a bucket of hot water and pore your both leg in bucket for 15 minute. For increase stamina you need protinex before half hour doing exercises. Join gym and gradually increase your exercises. All the best.

Sir, running for long duration/distances may cause stress fracture in leg which is often not seen in xrays. Your bmi is also slightly on higher side. Kindly consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treament. Rest and medications usually suffice.
