I'm 46 years old and under depression for the last 10 years and taking melzap 2 mg in the morning and Esteem-HD (Alprazolam. 25 with propranolol Hydrochloride I.P.) daily. Now I have waist stiffness and left leg side fingers feel like ants are running over on.

Hi your current problems may be due to the side effects of the medicines you are taking. So consult your existing psychiatrist to change the medicines. But a better option would be to consult a clinical psychologist and undergo cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which can help you to gradually reduce the dosage of medicines and may be bring it to the minimum maintenance dose.
