Even my sleep is reduced I am unable to sleep properly my memory is getting week and it looks I am also taking stress due to this. I think that you are lacking in confidence and that pressure is leading to an anger related depression. If you are doubtful about yourself then do group study with a friend or some colleagues. If there is any weakness in certain disciplines take some tutoring help. Even if you are good, it will help to have someone monitor you. Lack of sleep will cause you more distress and therefore more of poor memory. You should meet with a counselor and talk about your feelings. You will feel a lot better and a lot of things will improve. You must eat well, especially breakfast: whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, fish, berries, avocado, and reduce fat in your diet. Use either olive oil or coconut oil for the cooking. Exercise and meditation are also excellent.
