The best time to travel or to plan a long trip when you are pregnant is the second trimester between 3 to 6 month after conception. There are primarily two reasons for this, during the first semester, you tend to feel uncomfortable due to morning sickness which can make travel very painful. Second, during the third trimester, you tend to carry a heavier weight and tend to become fatigued far more easily which would also make traveling difficult.
