Sex education primarily focuses on pregnancies, contraception and how to take care of the baby. Let s debunk the myth! Commercial lubricants hamper the mobility of the sperm, making it difficult for the sperm to reach the egg. In case using a lubricant is mandatory for you, try natural lubricants such as olive oil, egg whites, baby oil, vegetable oil etc. which are sperm friendly and do not hinder the sperm s mobility. Hence, you need to have proper theoretical knowledge and a proper understanding of the dos and don ts in case you are really trying for a baby.
