An adequate amount of supplement is not effective alone for good hair quality. Adequate flow of blood and oxygen is also required for good hair health. One of the prime reasons for hair loss is inadequate supply of blood to the hair follicles. This can be done by tropical treatments that stimulate the production of nitric oxide. Stimulatory effects of taurine and caffeine on nutrient uptake can also be helpful. Try to maintain circulation of blood with proper treatment for it if there is insufficient circulation.
