These usually push the uterine wall and give rise to abnormal vaginal bleeding. This kind of bleeding in case of a uterine fibroid may be a symptom that would be seen in the later stages. Therefore, one should also check for symptoms like irregular menstrual periods and constant abdominal cramps to diagnose the issue with a visit to the gynecologist.
