This testosterone is the reason behind the development of excess hair and stubborn acne on women.
Tip: Maintain a balanced diet and you can keep your insulin levels under control.

Women with PCOS develop high insulin levels which in turn lead to the production of the male androgen, that is, testosterone in their ovaries. This testosterone formation is the main cause of many symptoms including an excessive weight gain especially, in the abdominal region. Thus women tend to have an apple shaped body instead of the pear-body shape. Plan a daily workout routine and follow it thoroughly so that your weight can be kept in control.
