Erox Cv 625Mg Tablet

This is a combination medication which has Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid as active ingredients. As a penicillin antibiotic, this medication treats bacterial infections. It interferes with the synthesis of the cell wall in a bacteria and stops it from growing. This medication is used to treat infections of the lungs and airways, skin, middle ear, sinuses, and the urinary tract.

Other drugs may interact with amoxicillin, including prescription and OTC medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Tell each of your health care providers about all medicines you use now and any medicine you start or stop using.

This medication is a Penicillin antibiotic and inhibits the transfer of a peptide group in the transpeptidation process. As a result, the bacterium is not able to build cell walls and is killed. It works as a beta-lactamase inhibitor by binding to beta-lactamase enzyme produced by bacterial cells, which in turn inhibits its enzymatic action and prevents beta-lactam antibiotics from being metabolized by the enzyme.
