About Paincure Injection

An opioid agonist, Paincure Injection works as a pain reliever, providing relief from both moderate and severe pain. Similar to endorphins, it binds to the receptors in your body. These receptors will decrease the pain messages that your body generally sends to the brain when you are in pain. The medicine has to be taken orally and is available in three forms - an immediate-release tablet, an extended-release tablet and a capsule. The immediate-release tablet releases into the blood stream at once whereas the extended-release tablets release gradually over time. The medicine can be taken as a combination therapy, where you take it along with other medications for your treatment.

Paincure Injection works as a pain reliever, used in the treatment of both moderate and severe pain. Being a controlled substance, it must be taken under the close supervision of a doctor. It belongs to a drug group which is known as opioid agonists. The medicine works by bringing a change in the process of how the brain senses pain. It binds to the receptors that decrease the pain messages sent by the body to your brain, thus decreasing the amount of pain that you experience. The medicine is available in three forms, immediate-release (released immediately in blood) tablet, and extended-release (gradually released in blood) tablet and capsule.

Your doctor will decide the dosage of Paincure Injection and ensure that you follow the instructions. You must not take the medicine in more than the amount prescribed or longer than the prescribed period. It can be taken with food or without it, but you must take it in the same way every day. The capsule must be swallowed wholly, without trying to crush, break or mixing it in water. As it is a pain reliever, it is unlikely that you will miss a dose. In case you do, refrain from taking two doses together to make up for the missed one. Overdose of Paincure Injection can have severe side effects including extreme drowsiness, fainting, slow breathing or heart rate and cold/clammy skin.

You must avoid taking Paincure Injection if you have an allergy to it or any of the ingredients in it, stomach or intestinal blockage, consumed alcohol recently and if you are under narcotic medications. Your doctor must be informed about whether you have a history of metabolic disorders, alcohol addiction and epilepsy. You must also inform the doctor about any prescription of antibiotic and antifungal medicines. The common side effects of Paincure Injection are headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, constipation, sweating, dry mouth and feeling less energetic. However, there can be some serious side effects too that will require immediate medical attention:

You must strictly avoid alcohol when you are taking Paincure Injection, as there can be fatal side effects when these two things are combined, at times even resulting in death. Ensure to check all food labels and other medicines to confirm that you are not consuming alcohol in any way.
