About Terbinaforce Plus Nf Cream

Terbinaforce Plus Nf Cream is primarily prescribed ot treat various types of skin infections of bacterial occurrence. It promotes the healing of the infection by preventing the growth of microorganisms responsible for its occurrence. It is also useful in treating several autoimmune diseases such as lichen sclerosus, alopecia areata, lichen planus, and vitiligo.

Developed by Mankind Pharma Ltd, Terbinaforce comprises of major constituents as Clobetasol, Clotrimazole, and Neomycin. It is a corticosteroid in combination with antibiotic and anti-fungal which has a high potency to treat inflammation, itching and redness which are the symptoms of several skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rashes, allergic reaction, and psoriasis.

Apply to affected scalp twice daily for up to 2 weeks ( less than or equal to 50 g/week) of Terbinaforce Plus Nf Cream. A thin film of cream or ointment is effective. Do not overuse and do not use tight-fitting diapers or plastic pants on children being treated in the diaper area.

Use only as prescribed and for no longer than the period prescribed; apply sparingly in light film. Terbinaforce Plus Nf Cream must be rubbed in lightly. Patient must avoid contact with eyes.

Notify physician if the condition being treated persists or worsens; to apply foam, hold can upside down and apply directly to the scalp. Gently massage it into affected area until it disappears.

The Cream contains a compound called Clobetasol which is a part of the corticosteroid drug group. It is anti-inflammatory because it inhibits the generation of inflammatory mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes by inhibiting the metabolism of arachidonic acid and also phospholipase.

Terbinaforce Plus Nf Cream must be applied to the infected site twice in one day as per the directions of the doctor. The medication must only be applied on the skin only and the amount must be as prescribed by the doctor. The medicine should not be instilled in the eye because that can be harmful.

For external use only and must not be used on open wounds. Apply sparingly to occlusive dressings. It should not be used in the presence of open or weeping lesions. Do not use occlusive dressings with foam unless directed by healthcare provider.

This causes interference when it comes to decoding the site. Also, it binds to phospholipids in the fungal cell membrane and alters it''s permeability and act as anti-fungal.
