Pregalin M 75 Capsule is a combination of a coenzyme form of Vitamin B12 along with GABA analogue. It circulates through the bloodstream and is used to treat Peripheral neuropathy. In addition to the Vitamin B12 structure, it has an additional methyl containing metal-alkyl group.

This medication is composed of Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin. Methylcobalamin acts as a cofactor for enzyme methionine synthase, which transfers methyl groups for the regeneration of methionine from homocysteine. In anemia, it increases blood cell production by promoting nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow and by promoting maturation and division of erythrocytes. Pregabalin is a GABA analog and binds to the voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system.
