Fried Methi (Fenugreek) 100gm
Haldi (Turmeric) 100gm
Ganthoda (Granthik) 10gm
Mix it properly
Dose: one teaspoon Morning & Evening
Castrol oil –one teaspoon with warm water/milk/tea at bedtime once or twice in weak
Fried Lahsun- with ghee and take one to two pieces everyday morning.
