When you drive your bike or car near a swampy area or on the road, your vehicle’s wheel gets stuck into a ditch. In the brain emotionally you can get stuck. I don't know anything about the pressure make us to think or feel there different type of thinking or thinking is bound. Now my mind shaked from everything else then it think otherwise it will not actually not a many have done bad things they never when everything gone right we will never find out. There will be no energy to do something,not able to feel motivated. Work cannot be done and it gets delayed day by day. You are not able to care for yourself. You feel depressed and new things cannot arise in your life. Entangling in all this is a rut.
Mental rut can affect you badly, especially your brain. And getting out requires your known help. Psychiatrists and other family member's can help to get out of it but the action required will be yours. Meditation and exercise can help the brain to concentrate and avoid going into rut. Step to follow to get out of rut-
- Accepting the situation: When you are stuck in a rut, we should accept the situation because denying it may cause you to get stuck for more time. Any type of rut may not last long, keeping in mind we must gather our energy to accept it. We must not blame ourselves otherwise you will be in conflicts and worn out.
- Rut’s cause: Rut can be different and its different cause. So question yourself, what am I doing? Why am I doing this? Go deeper inwardly and find the actual cause, do not settle for the temporary escapes. By finding the cause the stress may go away easily.
- Caring: We should work with love and compassion. Work goals should be made in small goals. If your change/task is large you might want to escape from it, make a small task. Your goal can be achieved fastly but it starts slow. Reach a goal with confidence and don't beat yourself for achieving it. Use sticky notes for remembering the task.Get up early and do exercise daily. Yoga exercise can help you to be stress free. Pranayama can relax your brain and meditation lessens the rut of thinking. By doing exercise chemicals are released for betterment of the brain.Talk with friends and play social games it helps to improve the conditioning and make you feel better.
When you give your exam, write something, study you are not able to pay attention to the subjects. For you it's difficult to concentrate, it may be a psychological disorder. For normal working I must restore my concentration.
