Ayurveda me mana jata hai ki jo hum khana khate hain, hum vaise hi behave krte hain. To agar hum healthy diet khayenge to acha behave krenge. Islia hume aisa khana khana chaiye jo fully digested ho and nutritious ho. Hum apki lifestyle ko thoda sa modify krte hain. Jo chiz apke lia shi hai vo apko suggest kia jata hai. Pachakarma treatment saal me 1 baar len like virechana, nasya, basti. Ye ek myth hai ki apko chronic stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia ke lia life long medicines lena hota hai. But aisa kuch nhi hai. Aap apne healthy lifestyle and diet se changes kar skte hain.
