Dear readers,
today we can see when we have to practice breathing exercises for our better
health.
Generally i can say breathing exercises can be practiced at any time when u r not so much tired and when the stomach is not so full.
But the best time for practicing breathing exercises is the time starting 1.5hours before sunrise of that place.In classical text this time is called as 'BRAHMA MUHOORTHA'.There are some controversial discussions on this subject also.
But it is not necessary for us to enter into those subtle arguments in this beginning stage.
So if the sunrise for ur place is 6.30 on that day then u an start to practice breathing exercises from 5.00am onwards.
When you start only 5-10minutes of practice is enough for the first week.
Then we can increase the period of practice based on the need,ability and other conditions of you.
So at first you have to get ready to wake up early in the morning.
Tomorrow after waking up in the morning u can sit quiet for 2-5minutes facing east or north direction.
Is it dificult to wake up in morning?
Pls try.B,cos u can see a lot of different beautiful moments around u in the every morning.

Once u experienced this in morning then most of will wake up in morning to be a part of this beautiful nature.
