Depression:
- When each day is passing like a burden
- When you get up in the morning as tired again.
- When your mood is mostly low and unbearable -when eating or sleeping is not as usual
- When your own thoughts become your enemy, you feel worthless and start seeing negative in everything.
And, this all, going on since week. It is definitely not a sign of weakness or mental illness.
