Your thyroid needs iodine to work well, get enough from iodized table salt, fish, shrimp, and seaweeds. Thyroid needs magnesium also - spinach, lettuce, and other leafy greens are great sources of magnesium. Also cashews, almonds, and pumpkin seeds are another excellent source of magnesium.
