I am Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Neurologist. Aaj me apko epilepsy ke bare me btaunga. Is bimari ko thik kia ja skta hai. Iske symptoms hain suddenly hath me shivering hona, Aankhen upar ho jana, face right or left side hona. Yadi kisi bache ka dhyan kam ho rha ho ya fir vomiting hone lage ya fir stomach me abnormal sensation ho ya fir vo kisi ko pakdne lage to ye epilepsy ka attack ke symptoms hain. Iske bhut sare causes hain. Iske causes hain head injury, body me salt and water ki kami hona, calcium kam hona, infection hona head me. Kuch karan aise bhi hote hain jinke piche koi cause nhi hota. Iska treatment hai dheere dheere patient ko treat krna.

Epilepsy ke time me ghabrana nhi chaiye. Patient ko epilepsy aate time use peat ke bal leta dena chaiye. Epilepsy aate time muh me pani deposit ho jata hai. Us time me ye pani lungs me jane ka darr hota hai. Apko dhyan rkhna hai ki patient ke hath me ya uske aas pass koi bhi objectionable item nhi hona chaiye. Quki is se patient apne aap ko harm kr skta hai. 70-80% me is bimari ko thik kia ja skta hai. Bhut kam cases me surgery ki jrurat pdti hai. Is bimai ko Dr se ache se discuss kren.
